To open a form from within your browser's window: Click the name of the form you wish to complete. The form will open in another window. Depending on your computer configuration you may be able to complete and email the form.
To Download a form: Right click the name of the form. A menu box will open. Choose Save target as. The Save as menu box will open. You must then tell your computer where to save the document on your computer. (For example, you may have a folder you have created called NMMMBC Documents) Once you save the form, it can be opened and completed, printed, faxed or emailed.
